Double tow from Shanghai to Canada
Under a lumpsumTowcon by SOPSCO, a double tow of two new barges (86.4*23.8*5,6M) were towed from Shanghai, China to Victoria, Canada. Our Tug delivered the tow safely after about 40 dayspassage across the Pacific, with sailing distance nearly five thousand nautical miles.
Matson Anchorage Porject
SOPSCO provided package service for towing “Matson Anchorage” from COSCO (Nantong) shipyard to Ulsan, South Korea.
Double tow from Shanghai to Guatemala
Under a lumpsum towcon by SOPSCO, a double tow of two new barges (90*30*6 m) were towed from Shanghai,China to St. Tomas,Guatemala. Our tug delivered the tow safely after about 80 days passage across the Pacific to the Atlantic via the Panama Canal, with the sailing distance nearly ten thousand nautical miles.
Yinson Genesis Project
As the general contractor, SOPSCO carried out the full operation of FPSO “Yinson Genesis” (318*58*28 m) from Shanghai HuaRunDaDong Shipyard to LHS anchorage bound for West Africa. Having overcome huge difficulties in towing super-large ships in the narrow channel of Shanghai Port, SOPSCO did the job safely and smoothly.
